All New Items Have Factory Warranty, Restocking Charge Will Apply On Returns, No Returns on Thermal Imaging Cameras, but They Have Full Factory Warranty. we can ship US postal , FedEx, UPS.

Some warehouses have early cutoff time so contact us to see if it will go that day on all air shipments.
