Shipping policy
USA Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 12-24 hours, Monday to Friday in most cases.
Most packages will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX & USPS First Mail, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Please note that USPS does not update tracking information location by location.
We only ship to address that you input during checkout. Buyers are responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
International Shipping Policy
Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the fees but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering.
Our prices do not include these fees and they will be collected by the shipping company. If the package is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.
We do not ship to International P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO.
If you chose UPS shipping, but your address is deemed as a UPS extended address, your package will be switched to USPS or DHL Express shipping.
