Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states, extra shipping charges apply outside the contiguous 48 states. Extra charges may also apply for oversized items.
Most purchases placed by 3 pm Mountain Time Monday-Friday ship the same business day and should arrive in 5-7 business days. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
Oversized items will take longer to arrive. Small parcel items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or the US Territories will take longer to arrive. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will notify you by email.
Shipping Surcharges
Additional charges may apply for large, bulky or oversized items. Oversize charges are noted on the product page of the item on our website. These items are only available to ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 states and will require truck delivery. Oversized items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Oversize items will arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date. Express shipping is not available on oversized items. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule an appointment. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm with a 4-hour delivery window.
Please inspect your items for damage and contact us immediately at 866-217-8155 if items are damaged.
Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories
There will be an additional $25 charge for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. Oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, remote locations may take longer.
Express Shipping
We offer next day and two-day expedited shipping on most items delivered in the continental United States. Add $24.99 for two-day and $49.99 for next day. Orders placed by 3 pm Mountain Time Monday-Friday will be delivered the next business day when next day delivery is chosen and in 2 business days if two-day delivery is chosen.
Express orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses or addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, Express delivery is not available on furniture items. Please contact us for details.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysBuyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
