Shipping policy

Shipping Policy
All our orders are dispatched with tracked service, however to some countries fully tracked service is not available in affordable price. In these countries the packages are only tracked to the point when they leave Slovakia and then when they are delivered.

We do our best to dispatch your orders in the stated times (3-5 working days) and we do our upmost to dispatch as soon as we possibly can. Our production lead time is 1-4 weeks depending on item and size, but usually it is 3-5 working days.

Estimated delivery times Worldwide are as follows (counting from the day of dispatch)
- Europe 3-5 working days
- USA, Canada, 5-7 working days
- Australia, New Zealand 6-8 working days
- Rest of the World 6-8 working days

Return Policy
Please kindly bear in mind that our products are all hand made and so take considerable effort and time to make by our colleagues. The work on painting the figurines and statues only start once we receive the order.

We are happy to refund or replace your order if the products doesn’t meet your expectations but please consider the time we spend on working on your order.
If for whatever reason you would like to cancel the order or return the product please let us know as soon as you possibly can but no later than 14 days from receiving the order.

Once we dispatch your order unfortunately we have no means of stopping the order on the way to you so we need to wait until you receive the package and then send it back.

Return Postage and Refund
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
