Shipping policy
Ships to all lower 48 US States (No International Shipping). Please allow up to 15 days for final delivery after payment is confirmed. All shipments come with tracking information. Ship times may vary depending on your city and state, please be patient. If you have any questions please contact our store. Delivery service is curbside only, carrier will not carry item into residence for any reason, please have help if needed. We are not responsible for bringing the item into residence and past the “threshold”. All items must be inspected at time of delivery. Any damages must be reported at time of delivery and refused in order to process any additional return request. By signing and accepting the item, you acknowledge item is in acceptable condition, however, if you have a problem please contact our store directly as we may evaluate on a case by case basis. You must provide a valid phone number, email and address in order to complete your order as invalid information will case a delay in your shipment. Shipping carrier will call provided phone number with an estimated time of arrival, you are responsible to coordinate final delivery directly with the shipping carrier. Shipments that are undeliverables due to incorrect phone number or no one home at the time of delivery may be subject to additional re-routing, return or storage fee’s.
