We ship by USPS PARCEL POST which is not express or super fast delivery. Experience shows us it takes from 2 to 14 days depending on location. We cannot control delivery. We usually ship the next day after your payment is CLEAR. PayPal payments made by use of funds other than a PayPal balance may take up to 3 days to clear. This is PayPal and not us.
We ship quickly. The post office does a very good job, usually. Sometimes they are slow. Postal service performance is not our responsibility. Again, in most cases we ship your order on the next business day.
