All products ship from Taiwan.
Your order will proceed in 2-7 business days (depends on each product description) and ship via Global airmail which takes approx. 14-20 business days to be delivered.
We also offer Express option, which only takes 2-5 business days to be delivered, please send us a message for Express option.
Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsBuyer should contact us within 30 Days after receiving the item.
Refund given as Money Back or Exchange

Due to health concerns and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept used and opened products. If the item you received is defective, please notify us within 14 days. We will send you a brand new replacement unit. Returns of unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects are accepted but MUST be mailed back in its ORIGINAL (FACTORY) PACKAGING. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and un-used. Buyer pays return shipping Unopened items are subject to 20% restocking. Postage on returns unopened buyer pays. We will be responsible for the shipping of the replacement.
