Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: We check every shipment prior to it leaving the warehouse; if needed we re-pack the item, and add more bubble wrap or Styrofoam, to make sure it does not get damaged in transit.
Q: Will the metal items rust?
A: All of our metal items are either powder coated or electroplated. Powder coating is the industry standard to ensure the product will hold up to normal outdoor use. Electroplating is more expensive, but is much better for protecting the product, it will make the product last for years.
Q: Should I spray the metal items to keep them from rusting?
A: All of our products are made for outdoor use, so spraying is not necessary. However, we do recommend you spray each piece once a year with Clear Rust-Oleum, while not necessary, it will significantly increase the lifespan of your piece for the small price of one can (usually under $5 a can).
Q: Are there any discounts if I am interested in buying a significant quantity of an item? (For weddings, parties, events, etc.)
A: Yes, if you are interested in bulk discounts please feel free to contact us anytime and we will let you know our best price for your event.
