Hello there and welcome to my booth! I sell mostly Eco-friendly bamboo stuff and other neat gift stuff. I offer a 14 day money back return policy on almost all items returned in resellable condition except for bamboo poles, fencing and custom or hand made items. Most of the smaller items ship from S. Florida but some of the larger items are shipped from various suppliers in California and the Midwest. Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days, but a few items may require up to 15 days handling time especially in the summer months. Larger items that ship freight may require up to 20 days handling time. Tracking information will be sent to you when your item(s) ship.

Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsMost items are returnable within14 days of receipt except for bamboo poles and fencing. Items must be returned in resellable condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Any and all shipping fees are non-refundable. Photos will be required for all damage claims. A 20% Restocking fee will apply to all Furniture, Room Dividers, Garden Supplies and purchases over 100.00 to cover initial shipping costs.
Miscellaneous details
Cancellations after items ship will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Damage claims will require clear photos. Refused items will be charged a 25% restocking fee to cover all shipping charges…no exceptions. All sales on bamboo poles and fencing are final.
