Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

I use the USPS’s Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes etc. I will do combined shipping to lower shipping costs for the customer. Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation but not insurance. If you want insurance you will have to let me know so I can add it to your invoice.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Request for refund must be within seven (7) days of receipt of item. Refunds will only be given for the purchase price of the item and only via PayPal. Seller will not refund any shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must include tracking. Transaction must be canceled via Bonanza and positive feedback given before refund is issued.
