At this time I am in the middle of updates and upgrades to my Booth and Brand Identity, so please bear with me as it is a work in progress. In the meantime, please feel free to take a look around and enjoy your time here! All products are currently available for sale and there are no hindrances in that department. Shipping policy
Shipping & Handling:
-FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all items in Booth.
-Express Options may be available at an additional cost, please contact me directly to discuss further.
-Each item is produced per request, therefore please allow a 1-4 day time period for order processing, production, inspection, packaging, and shipment.
-MOST orders arrive at their destination within 5-15 working days once formally shipped from the manufacturer, however in rare cases, there may be delays and your order could take longer. If order is not received within 25 working days (eek!) please contact me and I will get on it immediately. Thankfully, this situation is very rare but it can happen so please keep this in mind.
-All orders are shipped with a Tracking Number which will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available.

-All Sales are FINAL Sales and cannot be changed or altered once payment has been submitted and confirmed. This is due to the fact that these products are produced custom and per request. Please double check that all information is correct including name, address, sizing, etc. If you are unsure of anything prior to purchase, please contact me for help!
-Refunds are ONLY offered in situations where:
A) 30 working days have elapsed and your order has not been delivered as promised. Although this is a very rare and unfortunate circumstance, it can happen and if so you will be issued a FULL Refund immediately upon verification of the tracking details.
B) Order received damaged or missing parts, wrong order/item received (a replacement will be sent along with a profuse apology and discount OR you can request a full refund. Please contact me to discuss) or item received is not as described. In this circumstance, you will be asked to provide photos and a brief description of the problem in order to proceed with remedy.
