We send our articles via registered Serpost Mail. When it is sent, we scan your shipping invoice so that you can control your delivery in USA via the USPS page in other countries in the page of your mail company.

You are able to change your article within 7 days after you have received it when it has any damage in its manufacturing. The article must be unused and look in the same way when you received it.If there is a damage in the sending please take a picture and send this to us.
We give money back or if you wish we will give you a coupon for your next purchase.
