Shipping policy

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
1. All of our products are custom made-to-order. Therefore, it may take a little longer than if you are buying ready-made products from other online stores.
2. Please refer to the estimated production and shipping time in the product page.
P/S: Delivery to PO Box addresses and remote areas will take longer time.
3. If you live outside of the USA, your local custom authority may charge you custom and import taxes. Your final Bonanza purchase price does not include such custom and import taxes because it is out of Bonanza’s control.

None: All purchases final

SHOE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. Free Shoe Size Exchange is allowed once per shoe order, within 2 sizes from the original size ordered.
2. For free shoes size exchange, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the shoes.
3. Refunds will NOT be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
4. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer input error and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
5. To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our shoe product pages for your reference.
6. Buyers are responsible for size exchange return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Since my products are custom made-to-order, I cannot offer return or exchange unless the wrong item or wrong size has been delivered. For shoe size exchange, please refer to Shoe Size Exchange Policy.

REFUND POLICY:
We DO NOT refund due to the following reasons: -
1. You have mistakenly ordered the wrong model.
2. Incorrect delivery address provided by you.
3. Several missed delivery attempts by couriers.
4. Your non-payment of custom and import taxes to your local custom authority.
