This policy outlines our returns, exchanges, and refund guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you without any additional cost.
Size Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect size selection. We provide detailed size charts for each item to help you make the right choice before purchasing.
Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team through our Bonanza Marketplace booth. Provide your order number, the issue with the product, and any relevant photographs.
Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the damage, defect, or other issues as reported.
Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will either refund your purchase price or exchange the item, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the return being accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products made to order cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
