Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. All of our merchandise sold is brand new in the box unless clearly noted. We do not sell used, fake, refurbished, or items shipped from outside the U.S.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed and usually cannot be cancelled once ordered. Orders MAY BE processed for shipment on Weekends or Holidays, but may not ship until the following week. If processed, they cannot be cancelled but can be returned once received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

We offer a 30 day return policy. Do NOT return the item before contacting us. ALL returns MUST include a Return Authorization Number provided by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our error. All items must be returned within 5 days after receiving return instructions.

After we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Our Inventory System is working 24/7, but items often sell faster than our systems can keep up with. Items are in stock and available when listed. In the event and item is out of stock or no longer available, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your understanding.
