For me… barring wagon-trains, horse driven carriages, primitive candle-making and butane clothing irons, I have used the rest LOL. Yes, we rock! But mostly in our chairs now :D
I remember the foam rollers when I had lots of hair. Don’t need them now. Lots of fond memories. The portable typewriter brings back memories of late nights typing term papers and essays. Thanks for including my Amanda Goes West paper doll book.
Hi Vintage! I wonder if there are still diaper services available, that was always such a great gift for new Mommies LOL Hi Starry Jan. thanks I think most of we regulars probably have! :D :D quadrina, I love that inkwell!! Hi vintage, I used to use those on my Mom. I was her hairdresser and she loved the pampering! LOL. I love your paperdoll, I’ve always been fond of those. I have curly hair so never required them but I hear you on that “lots of hair” mine is sadly dwindling :( Boohoo, me :( LOL
Thanks for including me in your Vintage Household list.
Yup, I can relate to a big chunk of these.
Yes on the cloth diapers – used for my two youngest daughters (still have a diaper pail in our storage building… time to let it go, yes?). Our youngest is 19 and we are empty nesters… hooray!
Sorry it took me so long to see this & give thanks.
I would bet MANY of us have owned or used at least some of these items, if not most of them... you?
