Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We LOVE custom orders and give a big break on shipping and handling for multiple purchases. We offer Free shipping on all our items and it is at cost (Bonanza fees, shipping fees and paypal fees), never more. We will ship Internationally, please contact us for a quote and a custom listing :)

If you want multiple items in the shop, please contact us first and we can make a custom listing for you, in turn saving you money with listing fees and shipping :)

We will not start on custom orders without at least a 1/2 order total deposit put down on them. Sorry but we have actually completed one in the past and had the customer change there mind after Mom was 1/2 done with it :(

Shipping policy

We always combine shipping for multiple purchases. Our shipping fees are based on the following (Bonanza FOV Fees, Paypal Fees and actual shipping costs (postage/ink/envelope/paper etc) never more.

If you are ordering multiple items, please contact us and we will make you a custom listing which will save you money on shipping costs :)

All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise stated in the description.

All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation and insurance.

All international orders are shipped First Class Package International Service through USPS. There is delivery confirmation only until it leaves the US. Once packages are in the mail system overseas it is not tracked by the US Post Office. We can not be responsible for lost items unless insurance is purchased (with the exception of priority mail). To have a package tracked all the way through internationally it must go international express mail. Please contact us for a quote, we can not be responsible for undelivered international packages unless express mail is used. Insurance is 1.75 for international orders up to $100.00. Please request insurance for larger orders. We have only had 3 lost packages in the last 5 years internationally :)

Miscellaneous details

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are given to any unhappy customers upon return of items. Refunds will be the cost of the item only and will not include shipping fees unless there was a mis-representation of the item sold. Please contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase so we can avoid any misunderstandings :)

Non-receipt of items within the US and International (with delivery confirmation) – we will confirm with the post office that the item was not received/lost. We will submit the claim to the Post Office and upon receipt of funds, we will return them to the customer (cost of postage and items). We cannot submit a claim until 45 days have passed for international shipments and 30 days for domestic shipments. This is USPS rules not ours.
