Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Our goal is to make a pleasant transaction. We have been selling on eBay since 2008 and received positive feedbacks. We carry only 100% guaranteed authentic merchandises of the finest quality. Our inventory includes exclusive styles and collection of the following brand names: M.A.C., Coach, Kiehl’s, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Clinique, Biotherm, Japanese brands and much more.

Shipping policy

Please NOTE: Due to Italy, France and German Laws, we are not allowed to sell cosmetics that are not sealed in their original packaging. However, we will sell and ship to anywhere else in United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.

For international buyers:
Please note that we will not be responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in anyway etc. There will not be a refund. Please choose Xpresspost service if you would like to be fully insured.

Buyers are responsible for all Custom/Brokerage charges.

Insurance coverage is only covered product cost, shipping cost is non-refundable.

All items will be shipped through CANADA POST by default unless it is stated differently in the listing.

All items will be shipped within 5 working days once full payment have been received.

Combined Shipping:
We offer combined shipping. Auction end dates for multiple items must be no longer then 3 days apart for them to be eligible for combined shipping. Combined shipping discounts are only available on specific items based on highest S/H cost + additional fee for each item. Please contact us for details.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

All sales are final and non-returnable and non-refundable. Good sold are not refundable due to hygienic reasons.
