We are manufacturers of the MjavHov™ breed custom personalized dog and cat name id tags. Painted by hand. All name tags are suitable for engraving on the back side.

Shipping policy

We deliver to all countries by Post of Slovenia (priority shipping). Orders are normally posted within 24hr.

You can check your delivery with provided tracking number on http://sledenje.posta.si/ or in your local post tracking system (usps.com, Deutsche post tracking, www.laposte.fr … )

In case of production problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately. In any such case the ordering party may cancel the order placed and any money paid to MjavHov will be refunded.

Return policy

In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.

Goods can be returned free of charge to the address indicated on the delivery envelope.

Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so. In that case a minimum charge of delivery costs will be charged to the ordering party.

Warranty

We recommend attaching your tag with the split rings provided, making sure that your tag hangs so your pet cannot chew on it.

Clean with mild/soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals/cleaning agents.

To avoid damage to your tag, do not allow it to contact other hard surfaces – NEVER allow the tag to rub against another hard or metal part!

There will be no refunds or returns, repairs or replacements for mechanical injuries of the tag.

Please note that in metals and coloring there are normal imperfections – it is what makes our hand made pet tags unique.
