Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
I will ship your item within 2 business days of receiving payment, usually sooner. I am happy to combine shipping for items that end within 5days of first win and are paid for on the same invoice. If you need a little longer please contact me to let me know and I will try to accommodate you. Winning bidder Canada & USA pays highest shipping charge + $2.00 for each additional item. All others additional item charge is $3.50. If insurance is a concern please ask. Please keep in mind that I have no control if items are held up in customs or delayed in the mail. I get them in the mail fast!!!!!

Return policy
Refunds will be issued as a store credit (including the cost to ship it back) ONLY if I have grossly misrepresented the item. Credits will be issued for other reasons (doesn’t fit, etc.) as store credit minus the shipping costs and 20% to cover the fees I incur. In this case you would be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refund will only be issued after I have received the item in the same condition as sent. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if you plan to return the item, and be sure it’s mailed back within 7 days of receipt.
