Shipping policy

All US Domestic shipping is sent by USPS mail unless you communicate differently. Currently, we do NOT ship to International addresses. For International mail “Customs” is your responsibility, not ours. Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding we will do our up-most to make sure your package arrives safely and we will include free tracking confirmation ship in the USA if necessary. We ONLY ship to Confirmed Addresses since this is the only way we are protected with PayPal against fraud.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

Only defective, damaged, and wrong merchandise will be allowed for a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. In case, your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to us as soon as possible and we will assist you to take further steps.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL SALES OF PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL, WITH NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR RETURN.

In case of a return, please send a message to us FIRST. ALL returns have to be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. All exchange and return packages must ship with your order invoice. All returned items will be carefully examined by us as soon as we received them, if the item is NOT defective, we will charge you 30% of the item price for the restocking fee.

If the item is defective and you would like to request a refund, we will issue a refund less the shipping and handling.

We do not REFUND for lost items, buyer’s remorse, or items that do not fit.
