Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Most items are shipped free domestically. I do have a few items that have a shipping charge. Please view listings carefully. I do ship overseas as well. Please contact me for a quote. Items are shipped 7 business days after payment has cleared. Some select bedding items may take up to 2 weeks as they are coming from overseas. Please read descriptions carefully when ordering for important shipping information. Items are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size, weight and location of delivery. Return policy

We only honor replacements if the item has a manufacturer defect or has been damaged in shipment. This does not include the box..only if the item has been damaged during shipment. Sometimes, due to weather, leaving the package outdoors once it has been delivered and other factors, boxes may get damaged. If the ITEM itself is damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item you are asking to have replaced is no longer available.

My items are all 100% brand new. I stand behind them 100% as well. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason, you have a problem with your order, contact me immediately. There is a very small time frame for exchanges. Most items do have a replacement policy, so please contact me for specifics. Lingerie items are not returnable due to the nature of the items and health reasons. Personalized items are not returnable unless there was an engraving error on our part. If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us for further instructions. All items that do qualify for replacement must have an RA number before you can return them, so please contact us first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

If an item has to be exchanged due to a manufacturer defect, you do need that RA number. Item MUST be in original packaging and have all tags still attached. Once our team inspects and approves the item, a replacement will be sent out immediately at no charge.

We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of us, a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.

Miscellaneous details

I ship worldwide, so if you live outside the US, contact me for a shipping quote. Items are shipped out within 7 business days of payment clearing. There are some exceptions. Some custom made bedding items can take up to 6 weeks to ship. Please see individual item descriptions. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to size and weight restrictions. This will be stated in those listings.

If you are shipping a gift basket to a Service member; please be sure to research and see if the items can be imported into the country that your loved one is stationed.

I accept Paypal, money orders and cashiers’ checks. Payment is appreciated within 3 days of purchase. If you do need more time, just contact me.

Please understand that if you choose to pay via money order or check; I do have to wait to receive your payment in the mail and also wait for the check to clear my bank before I can process your order. This does add time onto order processing and also shipping time.

I do process shipments from several warehouses throughout the country, so if you are purchasing several items and would like a shipping discount, please contact me to ensure that the items are from the same warehouse. If they are not, I cannot offer a shipping discount.

I do stand behind my items 100%, so if you have any problems with your order, contact me immediately. All sales are final for the lingerie line and for the personalized item due to the nature of these items.

Due to color variations produced by different computer monitors; the colors of my items may vary slightly. I cannot guarantee that the item will be the exact color in person that you see on your computer monitor. There will not be a huge difference; but just be aware of this fact. I do my best to describe all of my items in each description. As always, feel free to ask questions!

Items will be engraved and/or personalized exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please review your personalization request carefully when you email it to me. We are not responsible for misspellings or errors that were sent to us. All personalization is done in the font style as pictured. We do not make font changes. Do not type in all caps or all lower case letters unless you want your personalization to appear that way. Please refer to the product image for the type of font used. As always, if you have any questions, just ask! If you would like a Monogram, please clearly specify “Monogram” and provide the initials in this order: First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name initial. We will not change the order of the initials. Make it Personal will produce the Monogram exactly as you have entered it in the font shown for the item ordered. Example of Monogram: John Allen Magnuson will be JMA (the “M” will be slightly larger than the J and A) Once your order is received, it will be considered in processing as we do process orders quite quickly. Once your order is in processing, any changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25 per order. Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages..etc. Once an order is in processing, the purchaser cannot cancel the order. Please place gift orders 3 weeks prior to the event date to avoid rush shipping charges. Please keep in mind that personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange must have an RA number before returning, so do contact me before attempting to return an item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Items without personalization may be subject to a restocking fee. Items are available at the time of listing. Due to popularity, items may become unavailable. Feel free to contact us to double check for availability before purchase.

Some of my items come directly from the manufacturer in China. These items do require extra shipping time. That is stated in each listing. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery of these items. They are definitely worth the wait! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
