Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

I offer top quality Antique & Vintage Glass – Carnival, Colored, Opalescent by Boyd, Cambridge, Fenton, Fostoria, Imperial, LE Smith, Tiffin, Viking, Westmoreland & many more. I also stock a variety of other collectibles, Browse my store and see.

All my items are kept on our property in a climate controlled smoke free environment. If you see it in my store I have possession of it.

Shipping policy

Shipping policies ….
PLEASE NOTE RULE NUMBERS 7 and 8.
1. I will ship all orders within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday excluding Holidays and vacations.
2. I only use the (USPS) US Postal System only.
3. USPS Tracking will be sent to the buyer once your order is shipped.
4. All Priority Mail orders will be Insured FREE.
5. Orders will be mailed once a cleared payment has been received within 1-2 business days.
6. Any/All conversations must go through ETSY.
7. Any International Orders requesting 1st Class International Shipping by the buyer, will release me from all claims of Damage, Non-receipt or any other claims.
8. NOTE: I WILL NOT HONOR ANY ORDER mailed to a Drop Shipper, Freight Forwarding Service or the likes. These purchases WILL NOT be covered by Etsy Buyer Protection if not received or received damaged. Tracking only shows to the shipping partner, once it is in their hands I and USPS have no control over it as to where it goes.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Returns & exchanges ….

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
PLEASE NOTE RULE NUMBERS 5, 6 and 7.
1. Due to the fact that I am mailing FRAGILE GLASSWARE I only accept returns within 7 days of receipt via USPS notification.
2. Upon receipt of your purchase you are not satisfied for whatever reason please contact me prior to leaving a review so we may work things out.
3. If your purchase arrived damaged please contact me and I will promptly file a claim, You must send me photo(s) of the Box, Damage and retain everything until the claim is approved.
4. All returns must be received undamaged and with all contents that was with the order.
5. Any purchases made that were in a NEW SEALED PACKAGE will be devalued if opened. In this case I can only offer a 50% refund.
6. All returns must have prior authorization. Contact me if you have a problem through Etsy Convo, Any/All conversations must go through ETSY.
7. I do not refund Shipping Costs or Return Shipping Charges, Purchase(s) bought with Free Shipping will have actual USPS shipping costs deducted prior to any refund.

I ship to all the 50 United States and the Trust Territories using USPS Mail only.
