Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Envelopes and packages ship within 3 business days. You will be notified if there is any delay in shipping.

Seller will not be responsible for destination duties, customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the Buyer or Recipient of the items shipped.

If a damaged package is received, the Buyer or Recipient should take photos of both the box and any damage to the item inside of the box and forward to the Seller. The Buyer agrees to work with the Seller to resolve any eligible insurance claims for damaged goods received. Upon the Seller’s request, the Buyer or Recipient will return the damaged goods back to the Seller via a Seller provided label.

If a package is indicated as “Delivered” by the delivery service, but the Buyer or Recipient has not received the package, the Buyer should contact the delivery service right away to inquire into the location of the letter or package. Seller is not able to refund for packages marked “Delivered” by the delivery service when the Buyer or Recipient claims the item was not received.

The Seller will work with the Buyer in submitting an insurance claim for refund with the delivery service if a package is not received in the time frame defined by the delivery service and does not show “Delivered”.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

A full refund is available for items received if returned to the Seller in the condition appearing in the listing photos within 30 days of shipment. In most cases, the Seller will provide a return label.

Seller reserves the right to reduce or eliminate the refund amount for items returned not in the condition appearing in the listing photos and description. For example, a toy in the original unopened box must be returned unopened. An opened box may significantly reduce the value in the boxed toy.

The Buyer agrees to work with the Seller to resolve any eligible insurance claims for damaged goods received. Upon the Seller’s request, the Buyer or Recipient will return the damaged goods back to the Seller via a Seller provided label.
