Shipping policy
USA Customers
It is our desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Hence, customer satisfaction is our top priority which we believe will lead to customer loyalty and happy referrals to your friends, family, and others.
All of Teas2u tasty teas are shipped to you with United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: We will only ship to the confirmed address as shown in PayPal.
Free Shipping on all orders over $49 valid only for domestic shipments within the USA. Teas2u reserves the right to ship your parcel the most economical method available to us.
If an item is shown as “Delivered” by the carrier and you didn’t get it there is absolutely nothing I can do. If your address and/or mailbox is not a secure place to receive packages then please choose a shipping method that requires a signature.
If you have any doubts about the safety of packages left at your home or place of work then please choose a shipping method that requires a signature for delivery!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that it can be resolved promptly and efficiently.
Continental USA & Hawaii delivery (transit times): USPS Priority Mail Service is 2-3 business days.
USPS Parcel Post and/or Standard Shipping service is between 2-9 days.
(Transit times exclude weekends, national holidays, and weather-related delays.) Note: All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment has posted to our Paypal account.After your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the status of your parcel.
International Customers
International delivery (transit times): To Europe and to most parts of Asia using USPS International First Class Package Service (economy shipping) is 2-3 weeks which doesn’t include weekends, national holidays, weather-related delays, unforeseeable postal strikes, or clearing customs.)*Sorry, we are not able to ship to Asia, Canada, or Europe P.O. Boxes.
(Import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs) Prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your sole responsibility. We cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. Teas2u has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
Package Refusal: If you refuse a shipment because of these fees, we can issue a refund for merchandise only, upon receipt of the returned, unopened package. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.
Destroyed or Unreturned Package: In the event that your country’s inspection agency confiscates, quarantines, or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country it will become the sole responsibility of the buyer. Teas2u will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. Please check with the customs office in your country prior to ordering any teas or tea ware if you have any questions regarding importing restrictions.
*Please provide your telephone number and email address to Teas2u in order to fill out the customs declaration form for United States Postal Service. It will also assist customs officials and delivery couriers in your country to have your package delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details ****INTERNATIONAL & USA CUSTOMERS**** (Hassel-Free Returns)In the unlikely event that the item does not meet your expectations, please contact [email protected]. After authorized approval is given to the buyer, the item must be returned in the original, unopened, package that it was shipped in to the buyer in order to receive a refund. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.
