Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I’ve been selling online since 2010 (Artfire and eBay until their costs became too high). I joined Bonanza in 2015. Customer satisfaction is top priority to me. I work hard to list items accurately, ship quickly, and communicate promptly! Everything listed in my store is made and ready to ship.

Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2 business days. I use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking included with both.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Please contact me if you have any issues at all with your order, as I want you to be a happy customer.

I accept returns within 30 days from when you receive your order. I will return the entire cost paid for the item. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. If you need to return your order, please contact me, as I will give you instructions on sending the item back to me. Refunds are given according to the payment option used after I receive the returned item.

Miscellaneous details

*Notice to California buyers: in compliance with California law, sales tax is collected on California orders. The sales tax rate is set as the seller’s location, which would be me, so the tax rate will be for my zip code.

*I accept PayPal (no account required) and Amazon Pay. I don’t receive your payment info; it is handled only by PayPal or Amazon. This makes a secure and safe payment process.

*Your privacy is important to me and I never share your name, email address, shipping address, or any other info you may provide other than to process and ship your order. I only contact you in regards to your order and not for any other reason.

*All items listed for sale in my store are ready to ship. I typically respond to orders and questions within 24 hours, but please know that sometimes I may be gone for a day or two. So, if there is any delay in my response, know that I WILL get back to you.

*I make all items in a fragrance-free and smoke-free environment.

*All my items here are handmade by me in the USA (except for the occasional books and DVDS I sell).

*All of my photos are taken by me, so please don’t use them without my permission.

*Some jewelry items, stuffed animals, and accessories have small parts that can be considered choking hazards to children and pets. Please be safe and keep items with small parts away from children and pets.
