Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsou have up to 30 days to return the product to its original condition.
About return, please refer to the following return procedure:
1. Please let us know by sending a message through your customer area. 2. After receiving your return request, our customer service will send you
a return guide.
3. Finally, please send the relevant products to our warehouse according to our return instructions.
4. When we receive the product and after verification of your return, you
will be refunded.
Important note:
1. All the shipping costs and customs duty and tax that back to the seller
will be borne by the customer.
2. For product return, it is necessary that the product has not been used
or shows signs of use, either physical or inside the product.
3. The products must be returned in their original condition: new, with all
accessories and protective films for another use of the product as a new
one.
4. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the return will be
refused. The customer will have to pay the return shipping fees.
5. About accessories such as batteries, filters, memory cards, etc. If the
package has been opened, we will not make a refund or exchange.
