SantasChristmasWorld is committed to providing you with excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the listed guidelines to make your return problem-free.
~You may return your UNUSED item in its original condition and packaging within 7 business days.
~We DO NOT accept returns on food products, cookie cutters, honey or beeswax.
~Please request a return by using the “contact us” to request a return authorization. No return will be processed without our prior approval.
~Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
~Refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost during return shipping; therefore, we highly recommend that you insure your return shipment. Please provide SantasHolidayChristmasWorld with the shipment tracking number.
~Upon receipt of your order, please inspect products thoroughly. All damage must be reported to us within 2 business days from date of delivery listed on the tracking number. We will not be able to issue refunds/replacements after that time period.
