We love designing furniture that inspires children. From race car beds to full bedroom sets, we create bedroom experiences that children of all ages can love and enjoy. If there is ever an issue with an order please contact us and we will promptly address the problem or concern.
Shipping policy
All orders are shipped out within 3 business days. Your order will be shipped out via one of our participating partners, which include UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, among others.
At this time, we only ship to physical addresses that are located within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Tracking Information will be provided through Bonanza as soon as it’s available from the shipping carrier.

All products can be returned within 15 days from the date of invoice if all of the following requirements are met:
Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
Returns without RMA number assigned are disposed.
Our Return Policy for software is consistent with the manufacturer license agreement.
REFUNDS POLICY:
For credit to be issued, all products:
Must be returned in their original packaging and non used.
Must include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
Must be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition.
All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the returned items:
RMA Fee Schedule for Returned Items
Products returned New, Unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are subject to a 20% restock fee + Shipping cost.
Products returned Used, Opened in close to perfect condition or with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as open box are subject to a 40%-50% restock fee + shipping costs. Products returned Used, Opened in user damaged condition or without all packaging and item materials and manuals that cannot be resold as new or open box are refused and returned to customer. If a customer refuses delivery of returned item, the item is disposed of by the shipping carrier, but the customer is still charged for that item and will not be entitled to a refund.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise/Claims:
All claims about carriers must be made within 2 days of delivery. Customer is required to keep all original accessories , box and shipping box. Customer is required to inform carrier before accepting package.
Defective item Claims:
All defective claims must be made within 3 days of delivery and subject to troubleshoot with manufacturer.
Products that show signs of use are not returnable as defective.
Refusal and Undelivered Fees:
A 30% (minimum $30) refusal fee will be apply to all items that are not accepted by customer upon delivery and to all orders that can not be delivered to the given address.
