Shipping policy

If your address resides outside of the UK, your order will be cancelled as we are not available for international delivery yet. We do charge an additional cost for some areas within the UK.

Some postcodes in Aberdeen may also incur additional fees, please get in touch to confirm whether or not this is true for your postcode.

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

Any defect or damage MUST be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a full refunded return. After 14 days a full refund will not be applied.

Within 30 days exchanges can be sent (does not include defective or damaged items). Some charges may apply. The buyer will pay for returns.

Cancellations must be made WITHIN 6 HOURS following the order being placed, otherwise will not be accepted as cancelled.
