Shipping policy

For combined shipping in one package to save money, please contact us prior to purchasing. We will calculate shipping costs and instruct you to offer us that exact amount, which we will then accept, completing your purchase with the correct shipping amount.

We normally Ship within 24 business hours of receipt of Payment as described above.

USA SHIPPING:

Within USA we use First Class, Priority Mail, UPS and occasionally FedEx, with appropriate options shown for each item. Our goal is to send your package by the safest method, or as you request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Our products ship to United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan. Other countries, Please ask, as we may or may not ship to your country.

International Shipping used: USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.

You are legally responsible for tariffs.
Sometimes International Customs can hold up shipment of items for up to two weeks.
PLEASE understand, before you bid/buy, that we have No Control over this.
USPS only provides tracking numbers on Express International Shipping.
Claiming false values on Customs Forms or marking them as Gifts is illegal, please do not ask.

We proudly offer a Money Back Guarantee if your item is not as described or satisfactory. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt to ask for a RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization), before shipping the item back expecting to be reimbursed. Please include original paperwork from package and a note about your reason for return. Item must be received by us within 14 days of RMA request and be in the same condition as originally sent by us. Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made an error.

DAMAGES:

If you received a damaged item, Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, so that necessary steps can be taken to file a insurance claim.

Please save ALL packaging and contents..

The shipping label contains insurance identification numbers which the shipping carrier will need, in order to process your claim. The carrier may or may not ask to see the package and contents.

We pack very carefully to insure it’s safety. All items are insured.

Some of our items are listed for sale at other venues and are subject to simultaneous sale. We work diligently to keep our inventory up-to-date. If on rare occasion, your chosen item has been sold, you will be notified as soon as possible, with any payments refunded to you immediately.

We sell on the TIAS Antiques & Collectibles web site, on eBay, also under the name of Midwest Emporium. In our various stores, we sell some like items, but many things that are not found in the other stores. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask. We may have it in another store.
