Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
Shipping Terms: Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. In most listings, shipping is FREE, unless otherwise stated. Shipping method will vary according to your location. International shipping is available for certain items. Please note that although I try to meet the estimated delivery times, because I use a third-party shipping service, I am not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. In the event that your purchase arrives broken, the buyer must first pursue reimbursement through an insurance claim (if provided) by the shipping service and (if not provided) through my store.
Lost packages – unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to your purchase once they have been shipped. Any refunds of this nature will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order. I do combine shipping for separate orders.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsRefunds: I want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, I will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition. Shipping fees paid during original purchase will not be reimbursed.
I will NOT accept returns if you open/damage/use the item. Please note that new personal care products such as makeup, skincare, hair care products, bath & body items, medication, vitamins and/or medical supplies that have been opened cannot be returned.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please notify me immediately to discuss. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me before opening a formal complaint as I will do what is necessary to satisfy any legitimate complaint.
