All of your products ship from the United States and we ship worldwide.
To fulfill the order we normally need between 2-5 business days to process your order for items that are not personalized. For personalized items it can normally be between 3-7 business days. After we complete fulfillment, shipping times are shown below.
Shipping times are normally as follows:United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Rest of the world: 7-15 business days
Note: Sometimes during busy times of the year or during holidays shipments could take slightly longer.Return policy

Our return policy is valid 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We do not pay the return shipping for the refund.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a message.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
