Shipping policy

We primarily use UPS for shipping, but we can also use USPS. We decide the shipping method upon your address and the volume of the order. We will try to ship your order out on the same day, but it could take up to 1~2 business days. We will provide the tracking number as soon as we ship it out.

Return policy

We hope that you enjoy the product that you have purchased. But if you decide to return it back, you may return within 15 days of receiving the package. Please note we will only accept UNTESTED, UPOPENED and UNUSED items for return.

If the product that you purchased is damaged or defective, you must provide the specific pictures to prove within 24 hours of receiving the package, then we will gladly replace it or refund the original purchase price.

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or refused/unclaimed parcels.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

2. Provide your email address used when you purchased it.
3. Provide the Order Number.
4. Provide detailed reason for exchange or return
5. Now you can return it back when you receive an email from us specifically saying that you can return the product. Also we will provide the return address
6. We will gradly refund the purchase amount MINUS SHIPPING FEE when we receive the product.
7. We are unable to pay for return shipping fee so that you have to return it at your own pay.
