Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-2 days of each purchase. For the most part it’s one day processing only.

RETURN POLICY:

No Returns Without Authorization: We are not responsible for any returns sent without an RAN# (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of the returned package. To obtain an RAN#, please e-mail us at [email protected]

RAN#‘s expire 10 days after the date they’re issued. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless there’s a manufacturer’s malfunction and such malfunction was reported to us no more than five(5) days from the date the item was received.

We do not cover physical damage.

Shipping charges include handling, processing, and/or freight fees and are not refundable.

All return requests are to be submitted via e-mail no less than 5 days from the date you receive your order.
