Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Daily Dealz and Stealz is a family owned business. Our store is a small online retail business based in Ohio that brings you the best deals. Each product is valid; which means we offer deals at the lowest price. We take getting a bargain seriously, and then share what we find with you.

Shipping and Handling

We ship to the lower 48 states and internationally. We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up. We cannot ship to APOs.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 7-15 business days from the date of your order. Once we receive notification from our suppliers that your product has been shipped, we will send your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7-10 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Miscellaneous details

Holiday Deadline Information!

The entire world is still dealing with the repercussions of global shutdowns and supply chain issues. The situation changes on a daily basis. Vigilance and monitoring of the situation daily is the best course of action. Due to these factors, we are not comfortable providing hard deadlines or cut-off dates this holiday season.

Therefore, we strongly recommend using a realistic approach when ordering. We have put together a couple of suggestions to help this season go as smoothly as possible.

Make your orders early:

Plan ahead and process your order early. Waiting until the last minute is not going to be a viable option this year.

Be flexible with Garment Styles/Colors:

We are already experiencing supply shortages. If you are flexible with your product order and if the item you ordered is out of stock, you may be able to make a simple exchange with regard to the color and style. Many of our suppliers are pulling stock from the same distributors and with an already limited supply, this can bring unexpected shortages.

All we ask is to please be patient with us. We are doing our best with the current shortages of products and shipping delays. But, as usual, we are always here to help.
