At Col_Silvercrafts, we strive to provide excellent service, which includes the security of shipping your packages from Vietnam. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that includes tracking numbers, ensuring that you can monitor your shipment as it makes its way to your doorstep.
International Standard Shipping—-
We have elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through Priority Mail International. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after they are received.
For standard shipping to the US, delivery typically ranges from 6-8 days, with expedited shipping options available.
Shipping times to the EU and Australia generally range from 6-12 days, while delivery to other locations can range from 8-15 days.
Please note that delivery can range from 15-30 business days depending on your proximity (does not deliver on Sundays or holidays) and has no specific guaranteed delivery time. All shipping times provided are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control such as customs delays or carrier service disruptions.
Order Tracking:
We provide a tracking number with every shipment, giving you full visibility as your package travels from our warehouse to your location.
Please be aware that once a package has left our warehouse, Col_Silvercrafts cannot be held liable for any delays caused by international customs or other logistic challenges. If there are any issues with tracking your package or if it does not arrive, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a complaint. Additionally, for orders of higher value, we may require a signature upon delivery as an added security measure.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items eligible for return must be unused and in the condition you received them, including the original packaging.
All merchandise returned to Col_Silvercrafts must be in the original packaging with all items that accompanied the merchandise. If the original packaging is unavailable, please secure your item in a suitable replacement box with adequate packaging materials to protect the item during transit.
The return address may differ depending on the product but will be specified on the return label provided. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Note: Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 3 business days.
