Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

I usually ship items within 3 business days after payment. International shipping costs vary depending on your location, feel free to ask for a shipping quote. I primarily ship USPS.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

Partial refund is full amount minus shipping costs. Item must be returned within 30 days! Buyer pays return postage. Refund will be given after the item has been returned. I am not responsible for manufacturer defects! If there is a scratch in the paint or if the windshield is missing on a car, as long as it is still sealed in the package, that is how the manufacturer made it. I may offer to exchange it for a different one if I have another one available. In this instance the buyer pays the return postage and I will pay to ship the replacement.
