Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

We would love for all our customers to be absolutely happy with their purchases, however, in the case that this doesn’t happen, you must first send me an email at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Once approved, mail the item back to us.

Upon receipt, if a replacement was requested, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item

Regrettably, we cannot accept merchandise that has been used or altered in any way. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 8-10 business days and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
