this is an old tri spatula. it has a single spatula, and when you pull the lever, it becomes a tri spatula. it is stainless steel, made in USA and has a wooden handle. it is a unique item.
it works well. each blade is 6 inches by 2 /12 inches, see pics.
it is 12 inches over all.
