Vintage Pair Owl Wall Hanging Art Plaques Ceramic Hand Painted Made in Japan. Condition is used with that being some of the high spots have surface scratches.  Like on their beaks and a few of their feathers.  Look at the last photo the owl has a tiny flea bite on the bottom side of the leathers...This owl was once cracked but brilliantly and repaired correctly.  I only saw that crack when checking out the flea bite on the feather.  But for being both Vintage pieces it is not that bad.  They are not new.  

MEASURE 7 INCHES TALL X 3 3/4 INCHES WIDE.  THESE ARE PART OF MY OWN COLLECTION WHICH I STARTED BACK IN 1980 THRU 2010.  THEY ARE MARKED ON THE INSIDE OF THE MOLDED PLASTER WITH A BLUE OVAL PAPER STICKER ... MADE IN JAPAN.  AND NUMBERED #382.  THAT NUMBER BRINGS UP THAT THESE OWLS ARE A LEFTON PIECE.  

I HAVE A SET SIMILAR TO THIS ONE LISTED BUT THAT SET DOES NOT HAVE THAT NUMBER ON IT.  BUT THE LADY AT THE GARAGE SALE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE LEFTON PIECES.
