In One Of The Flowers Going Around Topper Has Small Chip On Inside, Not Noticeable From Outside Need To Feel For It.  See Picture 11 & 12.

The Shade Is 4.5" Tall And Just Over 6.5" Wide At Bottom And 3.25" Wide At Top.
