A McCalls 5532a Maternity Separates – Skirt, Jerkin, Pants and Shirt Sewing Pattern in Size 14, Bust 34.

The pattern is partially cut and all the pieces are there.  The instructions are there with tanning and small tears.  The envelope is in poor vintage condition with tanning, foxing, stains, tears, missing sections, and wear.  The information on the envelope back is complete and readable.  The envelope flap is gone.  Copyright 1960.

The original seamstress made the Shirt and left the Sleeve piece long.  You can make either sleeve length.  She also made the Skirt.  She pinned the Skirt pieces to make her alterations.  I have removed the pins.

The Jerkin is uncut.  It would also make an excellent Top on its own.

The Pants are uncut.  The Pants Back piece has a large tear.

Yes the envelope is rough, but the pieces are usable, as often happens.  I have included a picture of another of these patterns so you can see what the illustration once looked like.  This is not included in this listing.

Don't miss out just because the sizing isn't quite right! Resizing a pattern is simple, instructions may be found here:

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!

All patterns are vintage items and sold…AS IS.  Although I maintain a smoke-free and a pet-free studio, I have no control over where items have been previously.  I attempt to represent my goods as honestly as possible, but sometimes something will get by.  If you have any doubts about an item, E-MAIL ME!  I want to make sure that you will be pleased with your purchase.

Please note that I count the pattern pieces unless factory folded, assess the pattern’s condition and press the pattern as necessary.  You will never purchase a pattern from me with “It looks like it's all there” or ‘Pieces need pressing’.
