This item is a milk glass tidbit tray.  It is not marked anywhere but the handle style looks like it could be a Westmoreland piece.  It has the same characteristics as the Westmoreland Forget Me Nots pattern.  This tray has more of a leaf pattern and not the open heart one like Westmoreland.  

It measures 8 1/4 inches wide and I would say 5 1/4  inches tall.  There is one little chip out of a pointed piece which was hard to find until I hand washed it.  Overall this piece is still very pretty.  I collected milk glass items for many years and used this every Christmas with chocolates on it...the candy didn't last long but it looked pretty.  I have also used it for a condiment tray.
