Items usually ship within 24hrs, although sometimes it will be 48hrs if the item is more difficult to pack securely. Everything we ship is packed with the utmost care and all efforts are made to ensure that your item will reach you in the same condition as you saw it in the listing. Tracking numbers are posted (look in your "Purchase History").

The shipping charges are shown in the listing. We input the dimensions and weight of the package and then's shipping calculator does the rest. 

We can only ship to the address provided in the "Order Details". No changes can be made after the payment is made.

We do not accept returns for change of heart, or damage caused by the user / buyer. If there is a Manual, Setup Guide, or Resource CD/DVD included in the listing please refer to these before contacting us for technical assistance

If there is a compelling reason to return the item, here are the requirements:

You must return the item in the same condition as it was received.

You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

1. All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags.

 2. Accessories such as cords and remotes.

 3. Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards. 

4. "Free gifts" or bonus items.

5. All items included in a bundle.

 6. New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable.

7. For items with a manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must be unbroken and intact.

Standardized return guidelines create a more consistent experience for both buying and selling by eliminating the uncertainty of what's acceptable to return and what isn't.
