International Shipments:
International buyers must allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If still not received by then, please contact us. Delays are often due to the customs process in your country. Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns Policy:
We offer a 100% RISK FREE AND FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE POLICY! Return timeframe is indicated at the top of the listing under Returns, some deeply discounted or specialty items are not eligible for return. Please contact us / send a message if you want to return an item.    

Refunds are for paid item price. Postage is not refundable. If item is not returned in the same unopened condition as originally shipped with all included items/packaging and attached tags, an additional fee may be assessed based on item condition, or the item may be returned at buyer's expense. Any shipments returned unclaimed/undeliverable/refused for any reason will be processed in accordance to the Returns Policy.
