In a goldtone metal, this is a vintage PINK RHINESTONE and FAUX PEARL CHOKER NECKLACE!
The thicker flat chain has a front piece that holds three spirals! The top two and one dangling below.
The spiral is filled with tiny plastic faux pearl beads with the center filled with dark pink rhinestones.
