All purchased items with value of up to and including US$18.00 (Excluding Postage & Packing) regardless of the weight of your package will be shipped via Standard Airmail Services supplied by Hong Kong Post, this can take between 10-12 working days to reach your Delivery Address. Please allow for minor delays due to extreme weather conditions or Bank Holidays in the USA & Hong Kong. Should the package not reached you after 2 weeks of purchasing, please e-mail us so that we can investigate into the matter for you.

Return policy
Replacement product available within 14 days
All purchased items are fully refundable within 14 days from the purchased date if the customer no longer requires the product, providing the item is unused, undamaged and unopened. Postage consumed by delivering your product to you from your initial purchase are non-refundable. Customers will be refunded upon our receipt of the original item.
If the product is damaged on arrival or if the item have been “Lost in Transit” during delivery, whereby the customer does not receive their purchases within a 21 days window from the date of the completed payment transaction, you can contact us by e-mail and we will be more than happy to send off a replacement to you on the following working day. We will bear the cost of the Postage again to send a replacement. If however the product is irreplaceable due to Out-of-Stock or manufacturer no longer produces the item, we will offer a full refund for your purchase excluding the consumed postage.
In any case, we will definitely inform you of the circumstances and offer our customer an option to either obtain a replacement, a refund or selecting an alternative product of similar costs.
