This comic book is titled Spider-Man, issue #5, dated Dec 1990.  It is illustrated by Todd McFarlane.  It is published by Marvel.  It is part of the story line ''Torment''. As issued, it is not sealed in plastic, but has been bagged and boarded by me. Using my own unofficial scale (disclosure: I do not have comic book expertise and the following is based on internet research), I would rate this book "VERY FINE".  A book of this grade is a nearly perfect with outstanding eye appeal, exhibiting a low number of slight blemishes from normal, careful use and storage. The book has been stored well it's entire life, with no exposure issues such as dust, humidity or water damage. Spine shows trace stress line with barely visible color break.  It is tight and flat.  The staples themselves are centered tight. Covers are flat with no surface wear, and the inks are bright with high gloss, with no observable chipping. Corners are perfectly square and sharp. There are no discernible bindery blemishes.
