Shipments go out every Monday - Saturday, and is FREE to domestic areas. International shipping varies by weight of item.
If you need to return an item, please contact me and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item you received is defective, damaged, does not fit, or not as described. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be issued once your return is processed. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unworn, not laundered, and in the same condition it was received. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Items with "Free Shipping" will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. You MUST CONTACT me before returning any item to receive Return Approval.

Packaging and boxes may have minor marks from being handled, or have torn or dented packaging due to shipping, or come without original packaging. Some items may have department store sale or return tags, defaced tags, have signs of shelf sitting, or signs of being handled by customers. If these conditions are important to you, please ask for more details before purchasing. Everything is inspected carefully before selling in my store, and any defects or blemishes found are noted in the written description and pictures taken of the affected area.
